MARRIAGE VOWS

In marriage ceremonies, take note of the so called "Marriage Vows". Words like: " For worse" " For poorer" "In sickness" and etc, are not uncommon in the affirmative statements of promise, in the ceremony. As a Christian, and an ardent believer in the providential power of God, I have no joy in repeating and praying for those negative situations in my promise to be faithful to my Wife.
